Fulpmes. Kreuzjochbahn Station

Kreuzjochbahn is a ropeway in the Austrian resort of Fulpmes, which connects the village with the top of Kreuzjoch. The lower and upper parts of the ski lift were built at different times. In 1993, the upper funicular, Kreuzjochbahn 2, was built, which has stations at altitudes of 1,350 and 2,110 meters above sea level. The ropeway from Fulpmes was completed two years later.

At the central station of the ski lift, which we can see in all its glory on the screen, is the ski school, Stubai Tirol, as well as the restaurant, Brugger Alm. The school is not open here by accident, the gentle slopes at the bottom of the slope are ideal for learning skiing or snowboarding.

The total height difference of the two cableways is 1,638 meters, moreover, you can either go along difficult routes or along easy routes laid in the picturesque Alpine mountains.

As you can see, tourists do not need to change ski lifts to get to the most important routes of the resort because the middle station joins both parts of this cableway.
