Jochberg. Hangalm Ski Lift
The camera is installed on the Kitzbühel Alps, at the foot of Hartkazer. On the mountain ridge, there is a border between the federal lands of Tyrol and Salzburg. This camera, installed on the upper station of the Hangalm cableway, is located near Salzburg.
Hangalm, with six-seat leather armchairs, was built in 2006, next to the old drag lift with the same name, which had worked on this slope since 1973. Previously, this lift served up to 1,400 tourists per hour. Thanks to Hangalm, the number has increased by almost two times.
The panoramic view from Hartkazer displays the trails of Jochberg. In the northwest, we can see another lift, Hartkazer. It was built in 2002, by the Doppelmayr Company, and accommodates up to eight passengers in each chair.
Skiers can alternate routes, which are situated under different lifts. Routes are laid so that from the top of Hartkazer, you can reach the lower station of both cableways. All lifts have a single pass. In the 2017/2018 season it costs € 85.50 for two days of skiing.
