Kitzbühel. Hornköpfel

The northeastern part of Kitzbühel is represented by no less interesting trails than the famous southwestern slopes of Mount Hahnenkamm. The camera is installed on the top of Hornköpfel at 1,780 meters above sea level. The 1991 Hornköpfl lift, with two-seat chairs, operates here.

The rotary camera shows several peaks. First, on the screen, we can see two-kilometer Kitzbühler Horn. The main attraction of this mountain is neither a mountain restaurant nor two cableways, but a 100-meter television tower built in the late 1960s.

When the camera turns to the west, we can see the Hornbahn 2 Station with its cab funicular rising straight from Kitzbühel. If you wait a little longer, you will see an excellent panorama of the resort and other settlements of the Kitzbüheler Ache River Valley.

Finally, we can see the station of Eggl, surrounded by mountain paths through which crowds of tourists walk in the summer.
