Warth. Salober Ski Area

On your screen is one of the Austrian border resorts, next to Germany. The camera is installed on the upper Salober station of the Austrian ski resort, Warth-Schröcken. From here, you can see the level of complexity of the trails. In clear weather, you can see that the slopes, almost all along their length, do not have complex elements and sharp turns. It’s an easy way to go skiing or snowboarding.

A single ski pass operates at all lifts in the Warth-Schröcken resort. This means that for 50 euros a day, you can use all the cableways and try your hand at the slopes with different gradients.

At first glance, it may seem that only amateurs come to this resort because the slopes seem not to be very dangerous. But, in Warth-Schröcken, there are freeride zones. Up to 11 meters of snow falls in the Warth and Schröcken villages each year.

There are excursion paths which lead to the nearby peaks, which are very popular in the warm season.
