And this is Rio de Janeiro, hot, inviting not-the-capital of Brazil, and the famous Sugarloaf mountain (Pão de Açúcar).

If you are going to visit Rio, it is better to plan a scale trip across the country in order to capture other interesting objects as well. And be sure to visit Rio during Carnival, you can’t see anything like this anywhere else.

Of course, you should climb Pão de Açúcar, hang out on the central beach, take a walk through the historic center, visit the museum of Tomorrow and the Modern Art Museum, and the very adventurous can drop by the slums of Santa Marta. But it’s not a good idea.
