Banff National Park. Lake Minnewanka

In front of us is the pier of Lake Minnewanka, from which cruise boats set off. During an hour tour around the lake, you will learn about the history of this place, the unique nature of Banff National Park, as well as of the lake itself. The rocky coastline of Lake Minnewanka looks incredibly huge, especially from a boat deck.

The price of the cruise is $60 for adults. Children aged 6 to 15 years old can go on a boat trip for half-price. If you want to navigate a watercraft yourself, you can rent one of the catamarans and motor boats moored at the same dock. Special tours are organized for fishing enthusiasts.

You can get to Banff Lake Cruise either by car on good Canadian roads or by a free shuttle bus from the town of Banff.
