Hanson Island. Surveillance Camera
Hanson Island is located in Queen Charlotte Strait. The camera on this island shows us the amazing nature of Canada, as well as animals, birds, and fish living in the waters of British Columbia. Only boats that sail through the waters of the strait make some noise there.
Queen Charlotte Strait is a kind of border between the mainland and the island of Vancouver. The name of the strait is dedicated to Queen Charlotte, spouse of King George III of England. It was the English citizen, James Strange, who discovered the strait during the 1786 expedition.
Hanson Island is surrounded by other islands, both smaller and larger ones. On the nearby island of Parson, a webcam is also installed. On the island of Hanson, you can watch the life of sea lions, if you go to their beach.
