Barbariga. The Beach

The Croatian village of Barbariga is located 22 kilometers north of the famous resort of Pula. Today, this new holiday destination on the Adriatic Sea has every chance of becoming a popular destination for tourists. Villas, hotels, and shops are not built on the coastline, so the local beaches are more like parks. Most accommodation options in Barbariga are rented apartments.

The camera of the Danijela Bar, on one of the resort’s beaches, shows the cozy Bay of Barbarigi, where vacationers can not only swim, but also have fun on inflatable slides. An improvised water park is located near the coast, but in order to get to the trampolines, you will have to swim to them.

In comparison with the neighboring Croatian resorts, Barbariga has gently sloping entries into the water, so it is much safer and more comfortable. There are plans to build an 18-hole golf course. Meanwhile, lovers of this sport can play golf on the neighboring island of Brijuni.
