Krk is one of the most popular Croatian islands with travelers from all over the world. Due to its impressive size, the island has its own airport, as well as an excellent ferry communication with neighboring islands and mainland Croatia. It is not surprising that the entire coast, where small fishing villages used to be located, is now built up with hotels.

We are in the northern part of the island, in the town of Silo on the coast of the Gulf of Stipania. In the background, in clear weather, you can see another larger mainland Croatian resort, Crikvenica.

The webcam is installed near the tourist center and one of the beaches of the resort. In the summer months, they show tourists lying in the hot Croatian sun or swimming in the Adriatic Sea.

Silo is the largest village in the municipality of Dobrin. Tourists can easily explore the entire island by car. It takes about an hour to get to the main attractions of Krk and other settlements.

As you can see, Stipanya Bay is big enough, so the sea in Silo is calm and great for family holidays. In addition, the resort is protected from strong winds by the high hills and capes of the bay.
