Šumperk District. Červenohorské Sedlo Ski Resort

On your screen, you can see a popular ski resort of North Moravia on the mountain ridge of Hrubý Jeseník. Since the nearest settlements are located a few kilometers from the resort, there is a transfer from Louční nad Desna to Červenohorské Sedlo, for the convenience of visitors.

The winter season lasts from mid-December to the end of March. There are 7 lifts on 4 routes of Červenohorské Sedlo. Ski slopes are divided into two parts, the northern part, with a sharp slope, and the southern one, with more gentle slopes for beginners.

The cost of using lifts in Červenohorské Sedlo is approximately equal to the average price throughout the country, which is 550 CZK for a day of skiing. You can also purchase a five-day subscription, which will save you 550 CZK (about 20 euros).

It is interesting that this place is well known to Czech ornithologists who observe the migration of birds in the mountains of Hrubý Jeseník. In the 2012/2013 season, almost 40,000 birds, of 113 species, were observed there.
