Muenster. Historical Town Hall

The Gothic town hall, built in 14th century, is one of the oldest and most significant monuments in Munster. The Peace of Westphalia treaty which put an end to the Thirty Years’ War was signed here in 1648.

It was destroyed during the World War II, but rebuilt true to the original from 1950 to 1958.
