St. George's. Grand Anse Beach

We are heading to the southern coast of Grenada. The camera in the Native Spirit Scuba diving store is aimed toward Grand Anse, St. George’s popular beach. This beach is famous for its length, which is more than three kilometers. The hotels closest to the beach are the most popular on the island, so you will have to pay a lot of money if you want to stay close to Grand Anse.

Due to its location, the beach has calm waters without high waves — an ideal place for a family holiday. At the bottom of the Caribbean Sea, next to the Grand Anse, you can see different fish and plants. More experienced scuba divers can see the sunken Italian liner, Bianca-C, and at night watch the sleeping fish and sea turtles.

Unfortunately, this paradise in Grenada has some flaws. The numerous street vendors are pretty annoying.
