Saint-Jean is the name of the town on Saint-Barthelemy, the island’s airport, and the beach on its northern shore, as well as the bay you see on the screen.

Surprisingly, the shores of this bay are still not built up with hotels, so both locals and guests of the island can enjoy magnificent views of the capes. There are several restaurants, cafes, and hotels near the main beach of Saint-Jean.

Undoubtedly, the most famous hotel near Saint-Jean Bay is Eden Rock — St Barths, built on outstanding rock in the sea. It is in the center of the screen. The hotel was opened in the 1950s and now Hollywood stars stay there. Rooms with views of the Caribbean cost around € 12,000 per week.

Saint-Jean is also known as a water sports center. Here, you can always rent any craft, from a surfboard to a boat, and go conquer the waves of the sea.
