This webcam is located at the Tolka River, on the junction of Poplar Row, East Wall Road and North Strand Road. It is turned in southern direction alongside North Strand Road.
This inner city area is called East Wall. Connolly Railway Stop and the Docklands (territory, which today turned into a modern business area of the city) are situated to the south.
