Caorle. Livenza
Livenza is a 112-kilometer canal in Italy, which flows into the Adriatic Sea’s Gulf of Venice. The camera is installed near the confluence of the canal with the sea, in the resort of Caorle. Its source is the spring of Valchiusana, in the community of Polcenigo.
On the way to the Adriatic Sea, the canal is fed by other rivers, such as Meschio or Monticano. Livenza is rich in fish (trout, tench, bream, carp, pike, grayling, eel) and vegetation throughout its length.
The canal is on the right side of the screen, and on the left, the huge Ponente beach begins, which is the main place of relaxation for tourists who come to Caorle.
You can look at the canal from the opposite shore, from Hotel San Giorgio.
