Caorle. Quay of the Old Town

If the town of Caorle no longer existed at this place on the Adriatic coast, it would definitely have to be built. It’s such a wonderful place!

The ancient Romans, who founded the first settlement here two thousand years ago, thought so too.

Caorle is a magnificent seaside resort with beautiful, wide and very long sandy beaches, opportunities for practicing popular water sports, and a lot of cozy hotels.

But, it is also a historic town with its architectural sights, such as the almost one thousand-year-old cathedral of St. Stephen.
