Gemona del Friuli. View over the City and Mountains

Gemona del Friuli commune is located in the Italian Province of Udine. Our camera captures wonderful alpine peaks in the neighborhood.

The main local attractions are Castle og Gemona, built in 611, the medieval cathedral (14th century) and town’s narrow streets. The cathedral and the castle were partly destroyed under an earthquake, the first one is still under reconstruction.
