Turin. The Southern Part of the City

In front of us is the main part of the Italian Turin. We can see the main attractions of the city, as well as ordinary residential houses. To the left, above the city is Mole Antonelliana, the tallest brick building in Europe, which got the honor of being depicted on the obverse of the Italian two euro coins. Originally, the building was meant to become the main synagogue of the country, but after the rise in price of the project, the Jewish community refused to fund Mole Antonelliana.

In the center of the image (not far from Piazza Castello), we can see another high-rise building of Turin, the apartment house Torre Littoria. The construction of an external lift is planned, for tourists who want to look at the city from the observation deck of the tower.

In good weather, you can see the new skyscraper of Turin between Mole Antonelliana and Torre Littoria.
