Vieste. The Quay

Vieste features a huge marina for 500 vessels with many special facilities including repairing docks and workshops. Many tourists book boat trips from other places especially to take a look at the local quay and the beautiful coast famous for its rocks shaped into grottoes and arches (caused by the erosion of water and wind).

During the summer period marina becomes a center of touristic life in Vieste. Many interesting shows and festivals, like Olive and Wine festivals, are being held here and attract visitors from the surrounding villages and towns. Disco-clubs, pizzerias and pubs are open for their guests each day in the evening time.
