Wakkanai. View to the Harbour

This webcam is located in Wakkanai, the Japan’s northernmost city. The Russian island of Sakhalin is situated so close, that you can see it by the naked eye.

It is a busy port city with a lot of ships and ferries coming here every day.

The local climate is quite severe, so do not expect mild winters or cool summers and plan your journey beforehand.
