Nouméa. Chateau Royal Beach

We are leaving for the southern peninsula of New Caledonia, to the resort areas of the city of Noumea. In front of us is one of the best beaches, Baie de L’Anse Vata. We are looking at it from the prestigious hotel, Château Royal Resort & Spa. The four-star hotel was opened in February 2011. The 7-story building, part of which you see on the left of the screen, has 108 rooms. Double accommodations cost 160 euros per night.

You can see a stunning sandy beach, with all the necessary infrastructure and tall palm trees, as well as the islands of Îlot Maître and Îlot Canard. On these small pieces of land, elite and exclusive hotels are also built.

Near Château Royal is a large sports complex and a couple of casinos, Grand Casino and Meridien. Guests of the hotel can visit not only the magnificent beach, but also a fitness center and pool overlooking the lagoon.

Tourists can reach the Ouen Toro Park, opened in 1989, within a few minutes. From the high viewing platforms of the hilly park, you can have a breathtaking view of the Pacific Ocean.
