Nassfeld. Panoramic View. Slopes
The Carinthian part of the Austro-Italian border is adorned by the Nassfeld ski region, which is ranked in the Top 10 mountain resorts in Austria. This is evidenced by a branched, well thought out, 110-kilometer grid of multilevel descents, which spread over mountain slopes, where there are 30 cableways and lifts. The specialty of the resort is tubing.
In summer, tourism is concentrated around one of the warmest lakes in the country, Pressegger, and the surrounding mountains. Tourists are offered a standard set of water attractions: an amusement park, hiking along alpine slopes, archery, a park of cable rope obstacles and rock climbing.
