Berwang. Funicular station, 1622 m

The resort village of Berwang is an hour’s drive from Innsbruck, half an hour to the Germany border and has full access to the opportunities of the ski region of the Zugspitze Arena.

The height difference on the slopes surrounding Berwang is 700 meters. There are 36 kilometers of tracks and 12 lifts servicing skiers. The trails end up, literally, at the doorstep of local hotels and guest houses.

In the Berwang area, you will find 13 blue, 8 red and 3 black tracks. The longest of them stretches for 2 kilometers.
