The Alpine settlement of Galtür is an excellent budget option for a secluded holiday in the bosom of nature. Any time of the year, it is quite calm and not crowded, the prices for accommodation and food are very pleasant.

The resort is small, but quite comfortable, and in the ski season, the most suitable for the average skiers seeking to reach a new level of skiing, without being injured. It is believed that the local red trails are optimal for this purpose.

The difference in heights on the slopes in the Galtür area is 713 meters. The total number of trails is 17. Their length is 40 kilometers. There are 50 km of trails at the disposal of fans of cross-country skiing. Of course, as elsewhere in the ski resorts of Austria, there is a snowpark with a halfpipe, as well as a ski school and a kindergarten of a similar orientation. There are also several virgin areas for fans of freeride.
