Kaprun. Familienberg Maiskogel Amusement Park

The all-season amusement park in Kaprun, Familienberg Maiskogel, unlike other tourist zones built at record heights, is located in the community itself, next to the central streets of the village. One of the main attractions is the Alpine coaster, Maisiflitzer. In contrast to other similar attractions, this track works in Kaprun all year round.

In the frame of the survey camera, we can see only a part of the railroad, the total length of which is 1,300 meters. Passengers of high-speed cars can adjust the speed themselves, which means slow down, if the maximum speed of 40 kilometers per hour seems too high.

As you have already guessed from the name, the amusement park was created for a family holiday, so there is nothing to do without children. But, if you come to Kaprun with children, you should visit all areas of the park, including the thematic playing area with slides, cycle track and trampolines.

In the winter, Familienberg Maiskogel is perfect for mastering Alpine skiing or snowboarding. For this purpose, there are several training tracks, serviced by comfortable lifts.
