Mayrhofen. Penken Snowpark

Horberg Hintertrett is one of several ski areas in the Austrian resort of Mayrhofen. This zone is interesting primarily because it houses the modern snow park, Penken Park. The rotary camera, installed at the top of this park, shows us the variety of obstacles built on the slopes of the Tuxer Alps mountain range.

The snow park is divided into several separate territories, each of which is designed for different levels of training. There is even an extreme zone for children, Kidspark. In total, there are eight zones for skiing and snowboarding.

Penken Park is served by Sun-Jet, a four-seater chairlift. Not only do the most desperate tourists climb it, but in the snow park, there are zones for ordinary skiers, who may want to try small jumps for a change.

Every Tuesday, from 1 to 3 pm, there is a free photo session in the snow park.
