Bayerisch Eisenstein, on one hand, is a quiet and cozy place and, on the other, is quite popular with tourists, especially outdoor enthusiasts.

In the summer, fans of mountain hiking come here, and in the winter — mountain skiers. The nearest place to Bayerisch Eisenstein is Samoty, Arber is a little further.

The tracks are mainly for beginners, though there are not many of them, and the capacity of the lifts is low. As we have said, this is a fairly modest resort and its opportunities are corresponding. It’s better to come here in the summer, when you can walk and explore not only the surrounding nature but also the cultural attractions.
