Baden-Baden. Augustaplatz

Not far from the Franco-German border is the city of Baden-Baden. We can see Augustaplatz and its two main sights, the Evangelical Lutheran Church and the fountain. Since the camera is rotary, we can carefully examine these as well as other objects.

On the far side of the picture, we can see a rather high mountain, Merku, and the Markgraf-Ludwig-Gymnasium with its high tower.

But back to the square. Local residents like to relax next to the singing fountain (in the northern part of Augustaplatz). On the opposite side, there is a concentration of guests of Baden-Baden who come to see the church, Evangelische Landeskirche in Baden, built here in the middle of the 16th century.

In addition to the attractions of Baden-Baden, the camera shows the traffic situation in Lichtentaler Strasse and a parking lot in front of the Kongresshaus exhibition center.
