Nassfeld. Panorama of the Tourist Zone

The camera on Mount Tressdorfer Höhe (1,896 meters above sea level) is directed toward another famous mountain in Nassfeld-Gartnerkofel, the peak of which is 2,195 meters above sea level. The tourist area of Nassfeld is a ramified network of cable cars linking various ski slopes.

Next to the camera, installed in the restaurant Lockstanalm & Pavillon, there are two funiculars, Sonnleitn and Trögl. In this specific part of the ski resort, most of the trails are quite complicated, so there are almost no beginners here.

Within walking distance from us is the observation deck, Madritsche-Nassfeld. In addition to stunning views of the Alpine peaks, it is interesting because it is built right on the border of Austria and Italy. Near the observation deck, there are 3 lifts, as well as a cafe.

In the background of the image, under the rock of Gartnerkofel, ski trails laid on the forested slope of the mountain are clearly visible. In the summer, on the right side of the slope, you can see a serpentine by which you can reach the Liftanlage LaPrima & LaPerla stations by car.
