An unusual picture for Germany is shown by the webcam installed in the center of the community of Röttenbach. The main square in front of the Town Hall is used as a parking lot. Ringstraße is just behind this square. It goes around the central part of the town and connects different parts of the main street of the village – Hauptstraße.

In 2017, the Mayor of Röttenbach initiated the renovation of the old square, which must undergo radical changes in the coming years. Now, there is a small fountain, several shops and a bus stop. Besides the square, the winter garden, Ringstraße, and ponds near the Town Hall will be reconstructed.

There are apartments for rent near the square, so if you like the panorama of the surroundings of Röttenbach, you can rent an accommodation in Ferienwohnung Alker. The price depends on the number of people, the average price being 20 euros per day.

On the right side of the screen, you can see some strange movement on one of the chimneys. Don’t get scared, these are just storks who built a nest above the Sauer Brewery.
