Čazma. Čazmanskog Kaptola
Čazma is located 60 kilometers southeast of Zagreb and 30 kilometers from Bjelovar, on the slopes of Mount Moslavina. This camera is installed in the heart of the town. On the screen, we can see Čazmanskog Kaptola Square, where there is a fountain that functions in the warm season.
At the other end of the square is the Town Hall. The main attraction of the square and the whole town is the church of St. Mary Magdalene, built in 1232; unfortunately, it is not shown by this camera.
For centuries, this architectural pearl of Croatia has been repeatedly rebuilt and modified. The church has a unique form of a cross. Nothing has been preserved from the original Romanesque interior, but you can see the organ of 1767 and the baroque decorations of the 17th˗18th centuries. In 1995, the reconstruction of the church began and continues to this day.
The main tourist event in Čazma is the Christmas Story Festival in the theme park.
