Adelaide. View from the City Hall
Adelaide is a well-developed and originally perfectly planned city. Wide avenues were there long before the advent of the first cars. The historic city center is surrounded by a ring of green parks.
The city is economically stable and is also a cultural and sports center. And its population is very cosmopolitan.
In this modern, dynamic city, you will see a lot of skyscrapers, buildings of glass and concrete, the facades of which shimmer in the sun with all the colors of the rainbow. And they coexist with the old, well-preserved buildings of bygone eras. Adelaide Town Hall, where these webcams are installed, is one of those buildings.
The first cam: The Parliament building and the residence of the state governor are in the distance. St Peter’s Cathedral, located on the other bank of the Torrens, can be seen from here.
The second cam: View of Victoria Square. The park zone that separates the historical center of Adelaide from new areas begins just a few blocks to the south.
