The webcam is on the recognizable patch of Piran, the Slovenian coastal town with a strong Venetian accent. The cam nearby shows the spirit of the Venetian architecture of the town more obviously.

Piran is even called Little Venice — and for good reason. These two cities are very similar; Piran is full of narrow streets, like the most famous city on water.

By the way, there used to be channels too. And you can reach neighboring Portorož by the promenade.
