Sokółka. Stork Nest

Thanks to this camera, residents of the small Polish town of Sokółka can not only monitor the situation on the town’s roads, on-line, but also discuss these lovely birds. The camera in front of the nest of storks near Sokółka did not appear accidentally, the locals have long noticed this nest and are closely watching the lives of its inhabitants.

With the advent of spring, the camera switches on and gives an opportunity to everyone to watch the storks. This place (several kilometers from the town) is visited by several birds, which are actively discussed by the local residents on the Internet. You can find records of flights of birds to warm countries and their return, as well as records of the appearance of new nestlings.

As you can see, the nest is practically in the uninhabited zone, which is why the birds feels comfortable here. In the background of the image, we can see only one building, beyond which the endless Polish fields begin.
