This webcam is located in Seoul, one of the largest cities in the world. Seoul is the capital city and largest megalopolis in the country, which forms the world’s second largest metropolitan area with over 25 million people. The current webcam captures Seoul Plaza Square, also known as City Hall Square.

The old Seoul City Hall building can be seen in this square. Today it’s occupied by Seoul Metropolitan Library. The spacious green lawn in front of the old City Hall serves as a popular place for recreation and pastime. A huge skating rink is usually placed here in winter.
