Geneva. Bridge "Pont de la Machine"

Geneva is a wonderful city with many interesting attractions and beautiful places. This webcam is located on the building of the old hydraulic power station near the Pont de la Machine. It is turned in the direction of the beautiful lake of Geneva.

The old building hosts today the modern Swatch Museum together with the Gallery for Contemporary Art, and is a part of the global recreational area of the city of Geneva. If you take a closer look at the camera, you will see people sitting on the benches and talking or drinking their coffee in one of the local cafes.

The Rousseau Island (an island and a park) is situated in front of us. It lies right in the middle of the Rhone and offers great views over the city. By the way, statue of the famous philosopher stands in the middle of the island and serves as a popular tourist attraction.
