Lauterbrunnen. Lauberhorn Summit

We are leaving for Switzerland. The camera is installed in the territory of the mountain pass Kleine Scheidegg, near the station of the Wixi ski lift. This six-seater cable car is part of the Jungfrau ski area. The cost of a daily subscription, for all the lifts of this complex, costs 72 Swiss francs (about 68 euros).

From the top of Lauberhorn, you can enjoy a panoramic view of many mountain peaks. The camera shows Eiger, Jungfraujoch, Silberhorn and Jungfrau, which is over 4,000 meters above sea level. On the opposite side, in clear weather, you can see the top of the Schynige Platte.

We can see all these breathtaking heights from a mark of 2,472 meters above sea level. Lauberhorn does not have record heights, but is well equipped for fans of Alpine skiing and snowboarding. The Wixi cableway and Start Bar, as well as other restaurants on top of the mountain, are visible on the screen.

It seems incredible but the peak became available as early as 1893, when the narrow-gauge high-mountain railway, Wengernalpbahn, was laid to it. So, mass tourism has been developing here for more than 100 years.
