Lenk im Simmental. Ski Resort Adelboden-Lenk

Swiss resort Adelboden-Lenk includes a huge network of lifts, of various types, and more than 200 kilometers of diverse and interesting trails for skiing or snowboarding. This rotary camera shows only a small part of the resort, from the village of Lenk.

We are looking at the slopes of Mount Wallegg, at a height of 1,955 meters, from Mülkerblatten cable car station. Though simple rope towers are used in Adelboden-Lenk, along with modern chair lifts, this does not cause much discomfort to vacationers because such lifts are used only on the shortest parts of the mountain.

In winter, runs for fans of cross-country skiing, with stunning views of the mountains, are laid along the Simme River.
