Rosswald. Belalp Mountains
Brig County, in Switzerland, has long been one of the most popular destinations for skiers. Many resorts have been built in the Alpine valleys of this district, where everyone can get on skis or snowboard, on different slopes, as there are tracks for any level of skiing.
We are in the eastern suburb of Brig, in the town of Rosswald. The camera is installed in Bergfriede chalet and directed toward the opposite mountains of the valley. In clear weather, the summits of Belalp, such as Gross Fusshorn, Hohstock, Sparrhorn, Nesthorn, and a dozen other peaks are perfectly visible. All these mountains are close to the Aletsch Glacier.
Chalet Bergfriede, built at an altitude of about 1,800 meters above sea level, offers 3 bedrooms, a swimming pool, and other amenities. But most importantly, tourists live among high alpine trees and can feel complete harmony with nature.
