Ayutthaya. Bridge over the Pa Sak River

Bridge PRI-AFP, which you see on the screen, connects the western and eastern parts of the city of Ayutthaya. Built in 1943, it is now open only for passenger cars and motorcycles; trucks take the adjacent new bridge, Preedee Panomyong.

In the background, you can see one of the largest hotels in Ayutthaya, Krungsri River Hotel, which offers rooms, in various degrees of comfort, to its customers at a price of $60.

The Pasak River, over which Bridge PRI-AFP is built, is a left tributary of the Chao Phraya and has a total length of about 500 kilometers, average for many Thai rivers. In the early 1990s, the dam for the electric power supply of the Pasakjolasit region was built on this river.

The camera is installed next to Ban Somtam Restaurant. By the way, the bridge is surrounded by local cafes and restaurants.
