Ban Ko. Bridge over the Tha Chin River
In front of us is a bridge over the Tha Chin River, in the heart of Samut Sakhon province. The district of Ban Ko is primarily known as a major industrial and agricultural center of the province.
Because the Tha Chin River is wider in this place, a single-lane road runs along the bridge in each direction. In the evening and at night, the road is illuminated by lanterns installed along the bridge. Some other bridges have also been built over Tha Chin in this district. This bridge is called Tha Chin River Bridge 3.
Near the bridge, where the camera is installed, is the large Buddhist temple, Wat Bang Pla, a public swimming pool and several secondary schools. On the west bank of the river are the large industrial enterprises of Samutsakkhon, like Kimkee Kijcharoen Company Limited (seen on the left side of the image) and Thaichin Asset Co.
