North East. McDaniel Yacht Marina

The camera on the banks of the Nord-East River, in the town of Nortist Heights, is set in front of the McDaniel Yacht Harbor, where ship owners can get all the necessary services for their boats. The berths are capable of taking vessels of up to 22 meters in length. There is also an opportunity to keep a boat on land, as they have equipped parking for 400 vessels on the river bank.

Customers of McDaniel have convenient access to the Chesapeake Bay and all its branches, so a boat trip can give a lot of impressions. The most adventurous travelers can go on a long voyage to the Atlantic Ocean.

The yacht marina was named after its founder, Dick McDaniel, who built these piers back in 1929. The next owner was Tom Trainer, who bought the jetty in 1954. Nevertheless, the name remained the same because by the middle of last century it had become famous among boat fans. Today, the marina is owned by Galahad Marine Properties.

On the screen, we can see several berths with various ships, as well as the opposite bank of the river, where Charlestown is built.
