North East. Shelter Cove Yacht Marina

The large yacht pier, Shelter Cove, provides a wide range of services for small boat owners. Seven hectares accommodate 150 slipways for launching boats into the Nord-East River, 28 of them are covered. Shelter Cove can take in boats up to 15 meters in length. The camera is installed on one of the piers.

You can see yachts and boats of different capacities, on which you can travel to nearby ponds, including the famous Chesapeake Bay. Shelter Cove Yacht Basin was built in 1962 in a very good location, a small bay of the Nord-East River, which shelters the berths from the wind.

The Shelter Cove coastline includes a car park and boat parking for 100 vessels, where the owners can leave their ships for a long time. The quay staff provides yacht maintenance and repair services.

A large pier on the opposite bank of the river, which is clearly visible in fine weather, is built in Charlestown, where the boat industry is also developed. Closer to the city of Nord-East is another marina of Galahad Marine Properties, you can see it here.
