Trinidad. Trinidad Harbor

Trinidad is the name of not only an island, in the state of Trinidad and Tobago, but also a small coastal town in northern California. The webcam is installed in the southern suburbs of Trinidad, where the local Casino operates. From the high bank, we are looking toward Trinidad Head, bordering Trinidad Harbor.

Trinidad is one of the least populated cities in California, with only a few hundred people living here permanently. However, there are many more people in the city, especially at the height of the holiday season, when vacationers from all states come to the beaches of Trinidad.

The picturesque harbor of Trinidad also plays an important economic role in the life of the city, local residents are engaged in commercial fishing.

The rocky cape of Trinidad Head, which you can see in the center, is listed in the California Historic Monuments. A lighthouse, built in 1871, is still operating.
