Puumala. Center of the Town

Puumala is a typical small Finnish town, located in a picturesque area on the very shore of the Saimaa lake. The Saimaa lake is, by the way, the largest lake in Finland, and the fourth largest natural freshwater lake in Europe.

Town’s main attraction is a tremendous 800 meters long bridge over the lake, which is equipped with a panoramic lift.
