Alpbach. The Track on the Slopes of Wiedersberger Horn

Alpbachtal Ski Resort is divided into several ski areas on a very simple principle. Each zone is a definite mountain, on which all the necessary infrastructure is built. Now, we are on the slopes of Wiedersberger Horn. Two lifts from different settlements lead to its top.

From Alpbach, tourists are delivered by the Wiedersbergerhornbahn ski lift, with six-seat cabins. It covers the distance of a kilometer and a half in six minutes. This cableway was opened in 1988, but still functions very well and can carry up to 1,600 people per hour. Pögl 8er Jet, a more spacious cabin lift built in 2005, leads from Innerneader to Wiedersberger Horn.

The camera is installed between these two lifts, just below their upper stations. On the screen, we can see several ski resorts, as well as funiculars.
