Ehrwald. Ehrwalder Alm Station
This Austrian ski resort, at the foot of the giant border mountains, is inferior to its famous neighbors. On the screen, we can see the upper station of the local cableway, located at an altitude of 1,500 meters above sea level, however, the German resorts on Zugspitze offer tourists trails starting at 1 kilometer higher than in Ehrwald.
But, Ehrwalder Alm is a great place for a family holiday. There are special training lifts and cozy restaurants and cafes with a children’s menu. Right at the cableways are hotels, from which you can reach the ski slopes in a matter of minutes.
The circular panorama of the intermediate station, Ehrwalder Alm, displays the trails and lifts of Ehrwald. In the pastures, which in winter turn into ski slopes, horses and cows graze in the summer and Ehrwald turns into an agro-tourist complex.
When you turn the camera to the north and northeast, the entire distant view is occupied by the impenetrable wall of the Wetterstein Mountain Range. The tops of this ridge have a height of more than 2.5 kilometers above sea level.
