Heiligenblut am Großglockner. Rossbach Station
An intermediate station of the Heiligenblut ski resort is in the northern part of the community, on the slopes of Gjaidtroghohe. Cableways are laid almost to the top, located at around 2,988 meters above sea level. In front of us is the panorama of the resort, from a height of 1,779 meters.
The camera performs two functions at once, it shows the weather at the resort and shows the busyness of the Heiligenblut ski runs and lifts. Since the skiers rise to a serious height, Rossbach is a cabin lift.
You can get to Rossbach Mittelstation in two ways, by cable car, from the Heiligenblut community, or along Untertauern, a high-mountain road. At the station, you will find not only several lifts that deliver tourists to routes of varying degrees of complexity, but also Roßbachklause, a restaurant of Austrian cuisine.
In the summer months, the funicular continues its work. Tourists quickly move to the Alpine peaks, where they enjoy the scenery of Austrian nature.
