Maishofen. Kammer Neighborhood

This camera is installed at the hotel Schloss Kammer near the famous Austrian lake of Zell am See. If you do not want to plan your vacation, then Schloss Kammer is the perfect choice. On a clear day, giant Alpine peaks, with a height of more than three kilometers above sea level, are clearly visible in the distance. The highest of them is Hoher Tenn at 3368 meters high. The first ascent of the mountain was in the middle of the nineteenth century. Those expeditions were very dangerous, but now you can climb Hoher Tenn and other Alpine peaks as part of a tour group, although some knowledge and skills are still needed. For the convenient ascent, there are mountain huts where you can spend the night or just relax during your trip.
