Mörtschach. Burgstalleralm

Burgshtalleralm offers views of alpine meadows and pastures. In the background, we can see huge mountains with a height of about three kilometers, one of them is Mohar (2604 meters).We are looking at them from a height of 2116 meters above sea level.

Asten swamp muck is located under the mountain, which came from the mountain lakes. Next to these swamps are popular tourist destinations, where guests can explore the wonderful mountain nature. Strolling along the Asten River, you can see spectacular scenery, cows in the meadows and other flora and fauna.

Come here in the summer months. Even if the weather is bad, you can hide in the mountain huts and enjoy the fresh mountain air and beautiful scenery for a few hours.
